Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a polymer solution which can uniformly and efficiently dissolve polymers in a solvent and can manufacture a spinning original solution of high quality, a method for manufacturing an acrylonitrile polymer solution of high quality, a method for manufacturing acrylonitrile fiber which is excellent in spinning property and is of high quality, and a method for manufacturing carbon fiber of high performance having high strength and high elastic modulus. SOLUTION: Fixed amount of a liquid mixture composed of polymers and its solvent is introduced at fixed quantity from an introducing port formed at a lower part of a cylinder. The liquid mixture is supplied to a dissolving chamber constituted of clearance between an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and an outer peripheral surface of a rotor rotatably arranged in the cylinder. The liquid mixture is uniformly dispersed by a pin member at the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and a pin member at the outer peripheral surface of the rotor which are arranged so as not to interfere with each other, and further, is dissolved by shearing force and heat generation accompanied thereby. The manufactured polymer solution is guided out of a guiding port at an upper part of the cylinder. |
