Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an x-y stage electronic driving unit for a ultra miniature information storage device, and to provide a manufacturing method for the coil of the unit. SOLUTION: A cantilever chip array is fixably disposed on an upper part of a media, and four coils for moving the media are formed at four sides of the media and integrated therewith. On the x-y stage body that mounts a media structural unit consisting of the media and the four coils, there are mounted four supports that are connected with four corners of the media structural unit and hold the unit. Four driving beams are formed for moving the media structural unit in the x-y direction, connecting upper stages of the supports to the four corners of the media structural unit, and rotation-preventing stiffeners for preventing the rotation of the media structural unit are mounted at four sides between the supports. Also, there are mounted four pairs of permanent magnets, that are disposed on and below the four coils so as to correspond to each of the four coil pairs, and four yokes that connect the ends of the upper and lower permanent magnets with the four sets of permanent magnets, so that the magnetic flux of the permanent magnets will form a closed loop.
