ELECTRONIC VOLUME WITH AUTOMATIC CONTROL FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic volume having automatic control function, capable of suitably controlling a volume value corresponding to bit shift operation. SOLUTION: This electronic volume is provided with a volume control means 4 to be operated by a user via a microcomputer for controlling the volume value of a body 1 of electronic volume and a bit-shifting means 8, composed of a bit shifter (gain control part) for inputting audio data, which are impressed to the body 1 of electronic volume, and performing the bit shift operation of the audio data, and compensation control entry for compensation gain fluctuations caused by the bit shift operation of the bit-shifting means 8, corresponding to the bit shift operation of the bit-shifting means 8, is impressed from the bit-shifting means 8 to the volume control means 4.
