OPERATING METHOD FOR SHORTCUT DEMAND BUS, SYSTEM THEREFOR AND INFORMATION PRESENTING SYSTEM TO BE USED FOR THE SAME SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a bus of a fixed route/fixed time diagram operation, efficiently shift from a private car to the bus and realize further saving energy. SOLUTION: The operating system 100 for a shortcut demand bus BU operates the bus BU along an operating route including a stopping route via a stopping place (Y hospital ST3, etc.), between a departure point (A apartment development ST2, etc.), for the bus BU operated at fixed time and the destination (X station ST1, etc.). This system 100 is provided with a communication terminal 10 which is placed at the stopping place and transmits a bus call request from a user who is going to use the bus BU via a communication line and an information display plate 20 for presenting bus stopping instruction information recognizable by a driver of the bus BU in response to the bus call request from the communication terminal 10 so as to operate the bus BU along the shortcut route by eliminating the stopping route from the operating route till the bus call request is received and so as to operate the bus BU along the operating route including the stopping route when the bus call request is received.
