SOLUTION: A material procurement mediator makes attribute information concerning various transactions such as the credit of transaction destination into a database and manages it. When the destination of transactions requires materials, a computer 100 discloses bidding conditions and information on the credit of a material procurement source on a computer 120 of the material procurement destination selected corresponding to conditions. When the computer 100 receives the notice of response bidding conditions from the material procurement destination, it returns these conditions and information on the credit of the material procurement destination to the material delivery source computer 110. The material procurement source watches the response bidding conditions of the material procurement destination and the credit information and when establishing a transaction, the bidding notice is sent through the computer of the material procurement mediator to the computer of the material procurement destination.
