Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a liquid-crystal display device comprising a shift register which avoids instantaneous excessive supply of an electric power while prevents electromagnetic interference phenomenon. SOLUTION: D flip-flops M1, M1, M2, and M3 are connected in a line so that data is sequentially transferred while delay parts 32, 34, and 36 are connected to clock signal input ends of the M0, M1, and M2, respectively. With a clock signal applied to the D flip-flop M3 as a reference, time is delayed by 't', '2t', and '3t', respectively, and the D flip-flops of a memory element operate with time delay. |
