SOLUTION: The fittings is equipped with a drain hole 3b which is connected to a drain channel 4a under the foundation of the fittings 3. The drain hole 3b is equipped with a cover plate 5 which can be opened and closed. The drain hole 3b is opened when a sash body 2 is closed by a plate spring 7 and an engaging piece 7.
