Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition giving moldings excellent both in gas barrier property and mechanical property, and capable of being used suitably for films, packaging materials for food such as blown containers, packaging materials for electronic parts or the like, medical materials and the like, which need gas barrier property. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises (A) 1-70 pts.wt. of a succinic acid copolymer polyester and (B) 99-30 pts.wt. of a crystalline polyester. The succinic acid copolymer polyester contains 24-50 mol% of a succinic acid unit and 0-26 mol% of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit based on 100 mol% of the total constitutional units of the succinic acid copolymer polyester; the content of the succinic acid unit, the aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit and an ethylene glycol unit is >=90 mol%; and further, the succinic acid copolymer polyester contains 0.001-2 mol% of a monomer unit having >=3 of ester-forming functional groups.
