Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a powder cosmetic held in a roll-on container reduced in powder fluttering during use and favorable in feeling when used with slight stickiness. SOLUTION: This powder cosmetic held in a roll-on container is such a cosmetic that powder 0.1-200 μm in average particle size is held in the roll-on container, wherein the roll-on container has such a structure as to have a ball 3 to be stuck with the above cosmetic and a holder 2 holding the ball 3 rotatably in such a condition as to partly expose the ball 3 outside with the gap (T) between the ball 3 and the holder 2 being 200-600 μm.
