SOLUTION: In the traction control method for a rolling stock, a torque target value Msoll for a torque control unit 3 is set by a wheel slip control unit 1, and when the difference Δn of the rotating speed of a driving motor of a wheel set obtained by instantaneous rotating speed n and computed reference rotating speed, reaches a settable threshold value, the torque target value is lowered by the wheel slip control unit, and the torque control unit 3 sets stator frequency fs for at least one driving motor of the wheel set, formed as a non-synchronizer. When the rotating speed difference is smaller than a rotating speed difference threshold value and friction connecting force between the wheel set and a rail reaches the maximum value, stator frequency is limited to a limiting value fSG depending on the stator frequency. |
