Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical body suitable for a core mold for forming through holes in concrete, and for a seal member or a packer member for closing holes in soil or rock by utilizing an expanded body formed by radially expanding the rubber cylindrical body by fluid pressure, specifically the rubber cylindrical body which enables easy separating/releasing of the cylindrical body from a pressurized face at the time of depressurizing after pressurizing and expanding, and which is easy to handle, usable repeatedly and has durability. SOLUTION: The cylindrical body is formed by asymmetrically winding reinforcing layers which are symmetrically wound in opposite directions. Alternatingly, the cylindrical body is formed from one layer of a pair (two layers) of the reinforcing layers.
