Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of acquiring land for land-filling for waste disposal, conservation of natural environment and waste disposal costs under the present situation because most of stonedust discharged from stone crushing plants is disposed of for land filling though some is recycled as raw materials for a lightweight aggregate, cement and pottery. SOLUTION: Fine particle stonedust generated in the course of crushing stones is dried at a specified temperature. Then the stonedust from a drying furnace is screened to be adjusted in a particle size and subsequently the stonedust of a specified particle size is fed to a sintering furnace and sintered at 1000-1300 deg.C. Sintered materials after sintering is fed to a crusher after cooling and is classified by a classifier to a specified particle size (0.25-5 mm) and crushed, and the end product is obtained. Since the properties of the resulting sintered crushed-stone are equal to or better than those of natural crushed-stone produced by crushing natural rock, the resulting crushed-stone can be used as a substitute for natural crushed-stone, a lightweight aggregate. Then a product, which can be utilized as a substitute for natural crushed- stone, a lightweight aggregate, by kneading with water, clay mineral or thickener corresponding to the properties of stone powder, can be obtained, and the recycling of resources can be realized. |
