Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion rubber which adjusts properly a load caused by the cushion rubber even when the cushion rubber slides up and down and doesn't cause unsteadiness between a lock mechanism and a striker and a lock trouble. SOLUTION: A cushion rubber 1 is disposed on the lower end of a rear seat leg SL1 in a vehicular seat, and a lock mechanism LM which is installed inside the cushion rubber is hooked and locked on a striker ST. When the vehicular seat is in a seating position, the cushion rubber 1 is abutted on a vehicular floor FL, thus generating a locking load between the lock mechanism LM and the striker ST. Since the cushion rubber 1 has cushion holes and the stroke of elastic deformation is large, the locking load can properly be controlled even when the cushion rubber is displaced.
