Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To couple and fix a bush for guiding a lead wire from a non-loading side case and a protection tube for inserting a lead wire guided from the non- loading side case in the non-removable condition and water-tight condition. SOLUTION: The bush for guiding a lead wire 2 connected to a stator wire 2 wound around a stator iron core 1 from the non-loading side case 5a is formed with provision of an internal cylindrical portion 16a for inserting the lead wire 2a, and an external cylindrical portion 16b which is larger than the internal cylindrical portion 16a. The external cylindrical portion 16b is tightened using a binding band 10 from the external circumferential side under the condition that one end of a hollow tube protection tube 9 for insertion of the lead wire 2a guided from the non-loading side case 5a is inserted to a gap portion (k) formed between the internal cylindrical portion 16a and external cylindrical portion 16b. As a result, the bush 16 and protection tube 9 can be coupled and fixed under the non-removable condition and water-tight condition.
