Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate money-payment procedure by a user and clerical work processing in a store, to prevent the generation of credits and further simplify the identifying processing of a user. SOLUTION: A unique user ID is adopted to the user in a system and this user ID is stored in a user database 24 installed in a bank server BNK relating to an account number. When a purchase request is sent to a store server from the user, the database 24 is accessed based on the user ID and a password code from the store server to identify the user. When the user is identified, a charge payment request is sent to the bank server. The bank server retrieves a corresponding account number from the database 24 based on the user ID sent with the charge payment request, carries out the charge withdrawing processing from an account corresponding to this account number and informs the store server of the request source of the performance result.
