Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp customer information including the vehicle, tires, and parking position of a customer when the customer visits the store and to efficiently advance negotiation while referring to prepared information files of vehicle kind information, tire article information, and stock information. SOLUTION: This system has a parking-lot associated portable terminal 10 which registers the customer information in a data storage device 40 and issues a visit card to the customer when the customer enters the parking lot and a clerk's portable terminal 20 that inquires and confirms the customer information and the vehicle kind information previously stored in the data storage device according to the visit card that the customer presents, inquires tires that the customer desires by referring to the article information previously stored in the data storage device, and issues an article card to the customer and an operation request document for replacing tires to a pit operator after the negotiation is completed by selecting tires matching the vehicle kind and confirming their stock.
