SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 12 and an oscillator 11 oscillating with a fixed frequency are coupled integrally in a laminated structure through an insulating member 13, and means for taking out output signals are installed on electrodes 12a, 12b on both ends of the piezoelectric element 12.
