Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a simple layout of piping by freely routing the pipe-line in a water-supply unit. SOLUTION: A water-supply unit 12 is equipped with a water-supply tank 26, and a heat exchanger for water supply, and a heat pump comprising a compressor and a heat-pump heat-exchanger. A refrigerant from the heat pump is condensed in the heat exchanger for the water supply, and hot water is stored in a water supply tank, and supplied from the tank. In a bottom part 72, a second bottom board 74 is installed higher than a first bottom board 73, which supports the water-supply tank. Respective connection ports 78 and 79 of a first water-supply pipe 38 connected to the water-supply tank and a water-supply pipe 59 are provided to the second bottom board. A cover 83 covers pipe elbows 80 and 81, which are connected to the connection ports, and extended to the side of the water supply unit.
