Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made gear having excellent gear characteristics such as friction/abrasion characteristics and gear fatigue strength, and excellent gear accuracy without deteriorating various mechanical properties. SOLUTION: In this synthetic resin-made gear, a crystal nucleating agent is added to a crystalline polymer and molded while applying vibrational energy to reduce the crystal size of the crystalline polymer. The crystal morphology of the whole molded article, such as the crystal size and the crystal degree is uniformly controlled, and lubricating components are added.
