Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook-and loop fastener female material which does not rub the skin of a baby, when used for fastening a paper diaper, is flexible, is sanitarily safe, does not need a worry for an abrasion or a wound, even when the skin of the baby is directly brought into contact with the fastener, can be produced at a low cost, and is thereby suitable for disposable commodities such as disposable diapers, and to provide a method for producing the hook-and-loop fastener female material, by which the hook-and-loop fastener female material can be produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: This hook-and-loop fastener female material characterized by ultrasonically fusing filament-processed yarns having many loops capable of engaging with a hook-and-loop male material on one side of a thermoplastic resin non woven fabric at a constant distance, having the ultrasonically fused processed yarns in two or more rows and holding many loops on one side of the non woven fabric. The method for producing the hook-and-loop fastener female material, characterized by unrolling a rolled thermoplastic resin non-woven fabric, running the unrolled non-woven fabric, running the processed yarns in two or more rows along the running direction of the non-woven fabric, and simultaneously ultrasonically fusing the processed yarns on one side of the non woven fabric at a constant distance to hold the many loops on one side of the non-woven fabric.
