SOLUTION: In a plaster containing a base material consisting of a water-soluble polymer, capsaicinoid and nonylic acid vanillylamide are composed with each other, and when the compounding amount of capsaicinoid based on 100 g of the base material is let [X] (g) and that of nonylic acid vanillylamide is let [Y] (g), [X] is 0.0002-0.005 and [Y] is 0.0005-0.007.
