Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a clearance holding device for maintaining a fixed clearance between a head lamp and a front bumper brought into the same shape using locking legs provided in the head lamp and the front bumper, and to make a component used commonly. SOLUTION: A head lamp fixing part 6 and a front bumper fixing part 7 are integrally molded in a shape to keep the fixed clearance between the head lamp and the front bumper, a flexible interference part 14 is formed in the front bumper fixing part 7 to be deflected by approach of the front bumper locking leg fixed thereto, a locking claw 26 is formed in the head lamp fixing part 6 to be engaged with a locking claw of the head lamp locking leg, and the locking claw 26 is connected to the interference part 14 of the front bumper fixing part 7 by a connecting piece 21 to move the lock claw to a releasing position by deflection of the interference part.
