Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit slip preventing tools for a dual-wheel tire at uniform intervals by using roller chains. SOLUTION: Several tire belts 1 are fixed on the roller chains 8 with flanged tire belt fixing pipes 2 through which the roller chains 8 can pass, and roller chain fixing pipes 3 are fastened at both terminals of the roller chains 8 and fitted to a fitting steel disk 4 respectively. Slacks of the roller chains 8 are suppressed by a coil spring 9, and the release of the tire belts 1 during a travel is prevented by fastening the metal wires 10 provided with wire end clamp sleeves at both terminals with a connecting bar 12.
