Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin impregnation method and apparatus capable of controlling an impregnation amount of a resin at a constant amount even if fibers move backward. SOLUTION: In the resin impregnation method and apparatus for adjusting the amount of the resin infiltrated in fibers by adjusting the interval between the film thickness adjusting plate arranged in close vicinity to the surface of a resin impregnation roll and the surface of the film thickness adjusting plate, a resin impregnation device equipped with a forward rotating film thickness adjusting plate and a reversing film thickness adjusting plate arranged in close vicinity to the surface of the resin impregnation roll is used and the intervals between the forward rotating film thickness adjusting plate, the reversing film thickness adjusting plate and the resin impregnation roll are adjusted in connection with the movement of fibers to control the amount of the resin infiltrated in the fibers almost constant.
