MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF RESISTANCE WELDED STEEL TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a resistance welded steel tube capable of manufacturing the resistance welded steel tube of a thin thickness and a large diameter than a conventional one by simply improving an existing apparatus. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing apparatus of the resistance welded steel tube provided with a supply line of a steel strip provided with a pinch roll and a looper, one group of forming rolls starting with an edge bend roll and ending with a fin pass roll, a squeeze roll to weld with pressure butting parts of both ends in the width direction of the steel strip, which is formed to be cylindrical by the forming roll, an outer face bead cutting means to remove a welded bead from a tube body, and a transport line to take out a product, a material of the pinch roll is made of a high speed steel, the edge bend roll consists of a pair of horizontal rolls up/down.
