PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncturer which is simple in a constitution, enables housing of a needle tip after use by a simple operation, can surely prevent the projection of the housed needle tip and has a high safety in disposal treatment or the like. SOLUTION: The puncturer 1 has the needle body 2 which has the sharp needle tip 21 at its front end, a hub 3 which is fixed to the base end of the needle body 2, a projector 4 which is installed movably relatively to the needle body 2 and can house the needle tip 21 of the needle body 2, a cord 8 which blocks the detachment of the protector 4 from the needle body 2, an abutment member 7 and a coil spring 6. The projector 4 has a protector body 41 and a shutter member 5. The abutment member 7 is moved to a front end direction by the energizing force of the coil spring 6, by which a shutter body 61 of the shutter member 5 existing in a first position is rotated to a second position and an opening 43 of the protector body 41 is closed by the shutter body 51.
