ELECTRICAL WIRE BRANCHING/SUPPORTING APPLIANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of an electrical-wire branch appliance, which is fitted to a suspension wire which hangs an electrical wire between utility poles and used for branching the covered electrical wire, and saves work by simplifying anchoring and fixing of the covered electrical wire to the suspension wire. SOLUTION: The branching/supporting appliance contains a branch metal appliance, which has united body and is composed of wound parts 11 formed by making the both sides of a wire-like substance into spirals having inside diameters slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the suspension wire, and an anchor appliance locking part 12 formed by swelling it at approximately the center part of the wire-like substance. The wound parts 11 on both sides are wound on the suspension wire and fixed. Moreover, the branching/supporting appliance contains an electrical-wire anchoring appliance 2, composed of an anchoring part 22 formed by folding another wire-like substance back, and an electrical-wire holding part 21 formed more on the tip side than on the anchoring part 22 of the wire-like substance in to spirals, having inside diameters smaller than the outside diameter of the covered branch wire. The anchor appliance 2 is locked in the locking part 12 of the metal appliance 1, and the holding part 21 winds round and holds the branched covered electrical wire.
