Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional portable telephone advertise ment distribution system that has unreasonableness where portable telephone subscribers have to almost forcibly see even undesirable advertisements. SOLUTION: This invention provides a portable telephone connection system where, when a portable telephone carrier provides new article information of advertisement sponsors to portable telephone subscribers in portable telephone mail communications, the portable telephone carrier distributes advertisement mails limited to the new article information desired by the portable telephone subscribers and passes part of the advertisement charges equivalent to the desired advertisements of the sponsors to the portable telephone subscribers in a form of a connection charge discount or the like.
