PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing the newest information in a specific facility to individual visitors in the facility. SOLUTION: The map information of the facility and providing information updated one after another are provided in real time on portable information terminals 20a, 20b, 20c,..., which are carried by the visitors, by dedicated antennas 40a, 40b, 40c,... installed in the facility to the visitors to the specific facility. Furthermore, behavior information of the visitors is prepared from the operation patterns of the visitors obtained by following the present positions of the visitors and it is provided to persons opening stores in the specific facility, etc.
