Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an ornamental lamp which enhances ornamental effect by mounting a series of lighting equipment connecting a plurality of lamps, lead wires, and controller on a base board with fixing means, and by displaying prescribed figures and letters. SOLUTION: The structure of ornamental lamp comprises a transparent or semi-transparent plastic base board 1 formed into multi-layer structure or plate shape, and a fixing means fixing the lamps 3 on the base board. By the fixing means, the part cut out from the base board 1 in rectangular or round shape, and a concave groove 333 formed at both side of a sockets 32 supporting the lamps 3, are fitted with each other; and the lamps 3 are fixed in parallel or vertically with the base board 1 by cutting and raising up a part of the base board so as to surround a through-hole 11 formed on the base board 1, and by fitting the concave groove 333 with the through hole 11; and the lamps 3 is housed and fixed to a space 47 which is formed by bending a tongue-shaped piece 4 which is formed by cutting and raising the base board 1 so as to form a space 47 in the base board 1.
