Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device capable of managing the history of display information displayed on a display. SOLUTION: This information display device is provided with a first history data storage means 33a for storing history data information of display information displayed on displays 31, 32, a history data transmitting means 33b for transmitting the history data information stored in the first history data storage means 33a to a display information management means 10, and a second history data storage means 10a for storing the transmitted history data information. The history of display information is managed, the history information stored in the second history data storage means 10a can be read through a customer personal computer 39, and whether display is performed as a contract or not is confirmed.
