SOLUTION: This medical treatment fee clerical work device has an operation inputting means, a means for displaying a treatment input screen provided with a selected treatment display column for displaying a selected or inputted treatment name in a plan mode or a chart mode, a means for recording diagnosis and treatment information, and a means for recording respective treatment names displayed in the selected treatment display column as treatment names in the planning stage into a diagnosis and treatment information recording means when preservation is instructed in the plan mode on the treatment input picture.
