SOLUTION: This building 1 is constituted such that a corridor 3 and classrooms 4 are formed in an internal space, these corridor 3 and classrooms 4 are arranged in a plane plan of one corridor type, and a corridor position change mechanism capable of changing positions of the corridor 3 and the classrooms 4 in the plane plan is provided.
