CONTROL METHOD FOR PANEL BACKING METAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling various sorts of backing metals of different installation parts and lengths to be separately controlled easily and without errors in preliminarily cutting all the backing metals in a factory, and carrying them to a construction site to be provided for installation of panels. SOLUTION: Parts and lengths of respective backing metals are discriminated by colors on design drawings, and the length and number of each sort of the backing metals are marked for each part classification color (a) and each length classification color (b) in a metal control table. Each backing metal is cut from an L-steel member based on each control table in the factory, and the part classification color (a) is attached to one end surface of each backing metal, while the length classification color (b) is attached to the other end surface. Till completion of installation of panels, the backing metals necessary for each part of a body are controlled for distribution, etc., in accordance with the part classification color (a) and the length classification color (b) attached to both end surfaces of each backing metal.
