Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically lessen the occurrence of chipping and cracking in a manufacturing process and to stabilize quality and to reduce a cost without requiring a process step for inspecting appearance and eliminating defects. SOLUTION: Rods 5 are penetrated through the through-holes of perforated elements 1 prior to firing and while the perforated elements 1 prior to firing are held by the rods 5 and the rods 5 are supported by casings 20, the elements and the rods are passed through the firing means and the perforated elements 1 held by the rods 5 are fired in the firing means by using the rods 5 of refractories penetratable through the perforated elements 1 having the through-holes in a thickness direction, the casings 20 as rod supporting means for supporting the rods 5 and the firing means.
