Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper stay mode of Al alloy a bumper reinforcing material with a stay, and an installing structure for a bumper reinforcing material excellent in installing property to the bumper reinforcing material and a side member. SOLUTION: In this installing structure for the bumper stay 1a, the bumper reinforcing material with the stay, and the bumper reinforcing material, a divided structure is composed of a first structural angle 2a connected with the bumper reinforcing material, a hollow prism body 3a, and a second structural angle 4a connected with the side member. The vertical cross-section shape of the first structural angle 2a and the second structural angle 4a are matched with the vertical cross-section shape of the hollow prism body 3a, and the first and second structural angels 2a, 4a are respectively fitted in a tip end portion and a rear end portion of the hollow prism body 3a, thereby being integrated in a bumper stay.
