Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed molded body of a polypropylene resin which is improved in the strength of the boundary portion between a main body portion and a rib portion without increasing the thickness of the rib portion, in regard to the foamed molded body of the polypropylene resin having a rib of a relatively small thickness. SOLUTION: The foamed molded body is obtained by molding a material for the foamed molded body prepared by using the polypropylene resin. It has the main body portion and the rib portion provided perpendicularly to the main body portion and the thickness (Tr) of the rib portion is 3 mm or less, or the thickness ratio (Tr/Tb) between the thickness (Tr) of the rib portion and the thickness (Tb) of the main body portion is 0.8 or less. The main body portion and the rib portion are constituted respectively of a non-foamed surface layer and an intermediate layer having a foamed structure and the respective intermediate layers of the main body portion and the rib portion are joined together. The foamed molded body of the polypropylene resin is molded by using the material for the foamed molded body prepared by using the polypropylene resin of which the melt flow rate and the melting tensile force satisfy a prescribed relation.
