Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad material for a heat exchanger having excellent forming workability before brazing, being easily brazed and having high strength after brazing and excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: This clad material has a material constitution in which a brazing filler metal 4 is clad at least on the side of an intermediate layer material 3 in the double layer structure of a core material 2 and the intermediate layer material 3. The core material 2 has a composition containing >0.5 to 1.5% Mn, 0.36 to 0.9% Cu, 0.06 to 0.6% Mg, 0.06 to 0.30% Ti, 0.01 to 0.5% Si and 0.01 to 0.5% Fe, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, the intermediate layer material 3 has a composition containing 0.55 to 0.9% Mg, 0.06 to 0.5% Cu and 1.0 to 6.0% Zn, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The brazing filler metal 4 is composed of an aluminum alloy containing Si, and inequalities (the Cu content % in the core material 2 - the Cu content % in the intermediate layer material 3)>=0.30%, and (the Cu content % in the core material 2 + the Cu content % in the intermediate layer material 3)/the Zn content % in the intermediate layer material |
