Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizer and a method to solve a problem generated in conventional stress relief that various defects are caused by water injection from a water injection nozzle after heating, concerning a stress relief atomizer for steel plate and a stress relief method to remove a strain of a steel plate for a hull deck, etc. SOLUTION: The stress relief atomizer for steel plate consists of a nozzle part, in which a nozzle to inject atomized cooling water removing a steel plate strain part after heating is arranged to its tip part and an inside water tube arranging its tip close to a nozzle rear end is coaxially arranged with an air pool part tapering off, a water tube, in which a coupler is arranged to its rear end, a water valve is interposed, its tip part is communicated to an inside water tube rear end and cooling water is supplied to the nozzle. And also, the stress relief atomizer consists of an air tube, in which a coupler is arranged to its rear end part, an air valve is interposed, the tip part is formed to communicate with the air pool part, the air mixed into the cooling water and atomized is supplied into an air pool part. By this method, the cooling water is sprayed to a strain removing section of a steel plate to sufficiently remove a strain and a residual stress, water deposit is not caused in blowing a steel plate, there is no adverse impact to removing work around a strain part further, a cooling water blowing to a removing place is performed uniformly, a water consumption quantity required for strain removing is reduced. |
