Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing ethyl-α-glucoside by using an enzyme having such advantages that the production of the enzyme is easy and in expensive, the strain producing the enzyme has high safety, the enzyme has high stability in terms of activity, is reusable and easily handleable, and the like. SOLUTION: The method is carried out by using liquid cultured microbes or immobilized microbes having a microbial cell-binding α-glucosidase derived from Aspergillus filamentous fungi and having high tolerance against ethyl alcohol.
