Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the height of a top blowing oxygen lance based on a molten slag level in a metallurgy furnace which is detected with no use of a consumable slag level measuring probe. SOLUTION: A water-cooled panel 4 and the like, in which a coolant circulates, are provided which comprises an internal cooling function for forced- cooling using the coolant. At least a part of the external surface of the panel and the like is so provided as to directly contact a gas atmosphere in a metallurgy furnace 1 in which a molten slag 15 is housed. The bath level of molten slag in the metallurgy furnaces is detected based on a heating value which the panel, and the like, comprising the internal cooling function receives in the metallurgy furnace. Based on the level of detected molten slag, the level of a top blowing oxygen lance 7 which vertically moves in the metallurgy furnace is controlled. |
