Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and to promote reliability, by improving an installing structure of an oil return pipe. SOLUTION: A fixed scroll 11 cooperating with a swiveling scroll to compose a compressing mechanism is fixed in a rear housing 13 so as to make a swiveling surface vertical, and a frame 15 rotatably supporting a crank shaft 14 for driving the swiveling scroll 12 is fixed in a front housing 16. In the front housing 16, an oil collecting chamber 24 for collecting a part of rubricating oil is formed by dividing. In a scroll compressor 1, a tubular portion 26 communicating with an accumulator through a hole 25 bored on the front housing 16 is provided in the oil collecting chamber 24.
