Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which gives excellent low fuel consumption when using a tire composed of it, exhibits without increasing the tensile stress at 300% elongation and gives an unvulcanized sheet having improved surface properties and a pneumatic tire produced by using the same. SOLUTION: This composition is prepared by compounding a rubber component comprising at least one rubber selected from among natural and synthetic rubbers with a polyolefin modified with an alkoxysilane compound. The pneumatic tire is produced by using the composition.
