Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video image monitor system which delivers a video image taken by one camera to multiple sites with an inexpensive system configuration. SOLUTION: A video image monitoring system comprises a plurality of photographing devices deployed distributively at a plurality of sites, a first display device which displays a video image taken by specified one photographing device out of the plurality of photographing devices, and a second display device which displays a plurality of video images taken by the plurality of photographing devices. The monitoring system is composed by connecting the above devices using a predetermined communication path and provided with a means to simultaneously transmit the video image taken by the specified photographing device to the first and second display monitors.
