EARTH LEAKAGE BREAKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the assembly, adjustment or wiring work simple in the two pole earth leakage breaker which is used as a safety breaker. SOLUTION: An opening 29 is provided at the backside of the mold case and a printed board mounted with an earth leakage detecting circuit is arranged facing this opening 29 and the adjustment of this leakage sensitive current is enabled to be made through the opening 29. By connecting the lead pin 32, which is joined with the terminal 4 of the load, with the power source terminal of the printed board 12, the lead cable which supplies power to the printed board is eliminated. A zero phase current transformer 10 is arranged in the vicinity of the power source terminal 3, and by connecting the output pin 33, which is penetrated through a fixed contact 5 and joined with the zero phase current transformer 10, with the printed board 12, the zero phase current transformer 10 and an overload detecting element (bimetal) 8 are separated. The zero phase current transformer 10 is made to be separately controlled in stock from the bimetal of different specifications in its rated current.
