SOLUTION: Information is recorded in a very small area exceeding a diffraction limit by making incident light on a flat substrate in which micro metallic bodies are embedded, locally strengthening the photoelectric field in the vicinity of the micro bodies by exciting a localized plasmon and using its light. Recording is performed in parallel by using plural micro metallic bodies.
