DUNNING SUBSTITUTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect the dunning work of an agent with a dunning list by transferring the change information of the dunning list from a client side to an agent side in real time and updating the dunning list in real time in a dunning substituting job by means of a telephone. SOLUTION: An agent side device (call center 5), to which the dunning based on the dunning list is requested from a client side device (moneylender 2), substitutes the dunning by means of the telephone and reports the change information (money receiving information) of the dunning list from the moneylender 2 to the cal center 5, and the call center 5 updates the dunning list corresponding to the money receiving information and substitutes re-dunning on the basis of the updated dunning list. In such a dunning substituting system, the moneylender 2 and the call center 5 are connected by a communication line 7, the dunning list is transferred from the moneylender 2 to the call center 5, the money receiving information is transferred in real time, and the call center 5 updates the demand list in real time corresponding to the transferred change information.
