METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANAGING ACCESS RIGHT OF ELECTRONIC MAIL INFORMATION, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a recording medium for access right management of electronic mail information which easily and accurately conduct troublesome setting operation for access right management that a sender and a recipient of electronic mail information shared in an organization use in common. SOLUTION: A system, which registers and manages electronic mail information that users or groups need to share for operation, extracts a set of pieces of user information regarding senders and recipients of transmission and reception from object electronic mail information to be registered and stores the pieces of user information as a user group, sharing the access right in access right group management information corresponding to the electronic mail information. Consequently, the access right needed for the electronic mail information is set easily and accurately. When a user makes a request to access the electronic mail information, it is decided whether the user has the access right, by referring to the access right group management information.
