Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly display state that change moment by moment. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a display device 6 for displaying a state picture, a state picture selecting means for selecting a state picture to be displayed on the device 6 among a plurality of kinds of state pictures, a state picture object 8 for generating a component constituting the state picture of a kind selected by the state picture selecting means, a database 1 for storing the identification information of the component while associating with time information and coordinates information, a state inputting part 4 for inputting information to be stored in the database 1, and symbol objects 9-1, 9-2 and 9-3 for accessing the database 1 to obtain corresponding coordinates information on the basis of identification information of the component and the time information and performing display control of the component.
