Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate an efficient delivery route for each delivery person by utilizing on-vehicle mobile terminal and car navigation apparatus. SOLUTION: The car navigation apparatus 1 and the terminal 2 are loaded to a delivery vehicle C1. When delivery destination information for many goods is inputted to the terminal 2 by an input/output means 4, the information is transmitted by a public line communication network via a transmitting/receiving means 3 to a server 10. At a server 10, a central processing unit 11 calculates a delivery order list and delivery routes, with reference to a road map file 13, a house map file 14, a one-way traffic file 15, etc., and transmits them to the delivery vehicle C1. The delivery person delivers the goods in accordance with them.
